A deeper relationship with yourself begins by listening to what is within

There are moments in life when the ways we have understood ourselves no longer seem sufficient.

A relationship changes. A familiar way of living no longer feels right. A dream returns again and again. Something within us begins to ask for attention, even when we cannot yet put it into words.

Psychotherapy can become a place to slow down and listen—to what is conscious and to what is emerging from the unconscious.

As an IAAP Certified Jungian Analyst and psychotherapist, I accompany individuals through this process of exploration, reflection, and transformation. My work is grounded in Jungian psychology and in the belief that our inner lives hold possibilities for growth that may not yet be visible to us.

My Work

Jungian Analysis & Psychotherapy

Jungian analysis offers an opportunity to explore not only the difficulties that bring us into therapy, but also the deeper questions of who we are and who we are becoming. Together, we may explore relationships, life transitions, recurring patterns, dreams, questions of meaning, and the movement toward a more authentic relationship with yourself.

Dreams & the Unconscious

Dreams speak in a language different from our everyday consciousness.

Rather than looking for a fixed interpretation, dream work invites us to listen to the images, emotions, and associations within a dream and to develop a personal relationship with its meaning.

Supervision & Consultation

I provide supervision and consultation for therapists and clinicians who want to deepen their clinical work and develop a Jungian perspective.

I also work with clinicians who are considering or preparing for the journey toward Jungian analytic training.

A Conversation About Dreams

Why Do We Dream and What Do They Mean?

I was recently invited to participate in a conversation exploring dreams, the unconscious, and what our dreams may reveal about our inner lives.

For me, dreams are not simply stories that occur while we sleep. They can become a living dialogue with the unconscious—one that opens unexpected perspectives and invites us to listen more deeply to ourselves.

The Second Half of Life

The second half of life can bring a different kind of psychological question.

We may begin to ask:

  • What is calling me now?
  • What parts of myself have I left unexplored?
  • What wants to change?
  • What gives my life meaning now?

Jung described individuation as the lifelong process of becoming more fully who we are. This process does not end when we reach adulthood. In many ways, the later chapters of life invite us into an even deeper encounter with ourselves.

I am particularly interested in accompanying people through these transitions and in creating a space where questions of meaning, identity, relationships, dreams, and the future can be explored.

A Place to Listen

Therapy is not always about finding immediate answers.

Sometimes it is about creating enough space to hear the question.

It is about becoming curious about what we have not yet understood, recognizing patterns that have shaped our lives, and allowing something new to emerge.

My role is not to tell you who you are. It is to accompany you as we listen together to what your psyche may be asking of you.
