For me, living an authentic life is living a life when we are present in our lives. What I mean by being present is being able to experience rather than think, thinking about what is happening, what will happen next, or trying to understand why something happened or is happening.
The thinking part of our brains takes us away from experiencing life. The goal of living an authentic life is learning how to make thinking be of service to our experience.
One-way to do this is to create a thinking platform about what this means. A thinking platform is like the road map that can helps us understand the steps that we need to follow for this way of living. Use this link to get the cheapest payday loan on the terms that fit your requirements
Step #1 Bring your attention to your self by shifting your attention inwards
Step #2 Step one will create awareness in the present moment
Step #3 Allow an experience to happen, experiences happen in the body, notice what is happening, feel what is happening
Step #4 Notice when your thinking gets activated, just notice, don’t judge, notice when the thinker arrives, welcome him or her and shift back to your body
Step #5 Practice on becoming witness, the one who knows the thinker and the one who is witnessing the experience
The practice of meditation is an active practice. It happens as we do it not when we think about doing it. For this week, give yourself the gift of authenticity and practice this amazing exercise for a few minutes a day. Make a commitment with yourself and spend a few minutes getting to know yourself.
